What is Munay-Ki Healing?
Munay-Ki Healing is an ancient shaman practice rooted in the Andean traditions of Peru. It focuses on the transmission of energy and the awakening of the spiritual self through a series of rites, designed to transform and empower individuals. Practitioners believe that these rites help to heal traumas, release energetic blockages, and connect one with their true essence and purpose in life.
Munay-Ki rites consist of nine distinct initiations, each representing a unique of personal development and spiritual growth. By participating in these rites, individuals can cultivate a deeper connection to themselves, their community, and the universe.
This transformative journey encourages self-discovery and fosters a sense of harmony and balance within, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling life.
Munay-Ki Pampa Meysok Rite
(Reduces Anxiety)
I am often called to offer the Pampa Mesayok Rite, also known as the Decoupling Process. It is the only Rite that I offer at this time.
From the wisdom of the Q’ero lineage, the Munay-Ki decoupling process works within the poq’po (energy field) to gently release dense imprints, energetic cords, and stored memories that can keep the nervous system anchored in fear or survival mode. When these imprints persist, the body may remain in a heightened fight-or-flight state, even in the absence of real danger. Through this compassionate unwinding, the energy body is supported in returning to a sense of safety and balance. This allows the heart and mind to reconnect with harmony, restoring munay—the essence of love—so you can move forward feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned with your true nature.
How is this Rite Used during a Session?
Before and during Reiki session, I may be intuitively guided to incorporate this rite as an additional layer of support. I will ask your permission before performing the Rite allowing you to feel what is right for you at the time.
This gentle rite helps reset a stuck fight-or-flight response that can contribute to ongoing anxiety. Through the process, I support a natural synchronization—first guiding your heartbeat into resonance with the steady rhythm of the Earth, and then into alignment with your sacral chakra. This re-harmonizing of the body’s rhythms encourages a soft release of tension, helping to calm the nervous system and restore a deeper sense of ease within.

Pressure, tingling, pulsing, or heat in the hands, heart, womb/sacral area, or feet
